The information we collect

When you contact us through our enquiry form, we collect the details you choose to provide:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Details about your event: the occasion, date, serving time, how long you need us, and the number of guests
  • The event address (house number, street, town/city and postcode)
  • Any notes or message you add to your enquiry

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you submit the form, including the IP address the request was sent from. We use this only to help prevent spam and abuse of the form. If you contact us directly by phone, email or social media, we will hold whatever information you share with us in that message.

How and why we use your information

  • Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
  • Prepare a quote and discuss menu and setup options with you
  • Arrange, confirm and deliver catering for your event

  • Resend - delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email.
  • Microsoft (Outlook) - the email service where we receive and store your enquiry.
  • Our website hosting provider - hosts this website on our behalf.

These providers process your information only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if we are required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process data on servers outside the United Kingdom. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on providers that protect it with appropriate safeguards, such as the UK's adequacy decisions or the International Data Transfer Agreement (or equivalent standard contractual clauses).

We may use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Plausible) to understand how many people visit our site and which pages are popular. It measures visits in aggregate, does not set cookies and does not collect or store personal information, so no cookie consent banner is required.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep your information secure. Our website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it, and we protect our form against automated abuse. Our site links to third-party booking platforms (such as Togather, Poptop and Add to Event) and to our social media profiles. If you book or contact us through one of those platforms, they handle your information under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
